One address: hello@plainspan.com. It reaches the person who makes Porchkeep.
What to expect
Porchkeep is made by one person at PlainSpan LLC. There is no support desk behind that address, no ticket number comes back, and no turnaround time is promised here. A promise like that would need somebody to keep it, and there is nobody to put behind it yet.
What does help: which screen, and what happened instead of what you expected. Screenshots are welcome. A device model and iOS version turns a guess into a fix.
Some things have a faster route
- An intimate image of you. Go straight to the takedown page. No account is needed and the deadline there is set by law.
- Somebody's behaviour in the app. Use the report control on the thing itself once the app is out. It carries the context with it, which an email cannot.
- A question about your data. The privacy policy answers most of them and says how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
- Face data specifically. The published schedule is at the biometric policy.
Something in the app you could not use
Write to the same address and name the screen. You do not need the name of the setting or the name of the standard. A description of what got in your way is worth more than both.
Where this stands today
Porchkeep is not open. There is no public build and no account exists, so there is nothing to support yet. The address works now, and questions about the product are welcome before it does.
PlainSpan LLC makes Porchkeep. Legal pages: privacy, terms, biometric policy, removing an intimate image.
